Bookings

In order to secure your day (subject to availability) a deposit of £150.00 is required. This is non refundable.

Payments

Full settlement on your choice of packadge is required at least 4 weeks before the day, less deposit already paid.

Force Majeure

In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure, injury or sickness beyond the control of Howarth Powell, the company, Photos For You Limited, liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Creativity

Howarth Powell shall be granted free creative and artistic licence in relation to location and poses used. Howarth's judgement on style & the number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct. Due to changes in weather, availability & willingness of subjects, we will do our best to honour requested photographs, but we do not guarantee to shoot any specific background, location or group arrangement.

Exclusivity

Howarth Powell shall be the sole professional (stills) photographer at the venues specified.

Please address any complaints to Howarth Powell Photos For You Limited, Corner Cottage, The Stable Block, Attingham Park, Atcham. Shrewsbury, SY4 4TN. I will do my best to respond in a timely manner.

Copyright

Reproduction or copyright of any material is strictly prohibited unless prior agreements have been given in writing. Unless otherwise stated Photos For you Limited reserves the right to use and display material in any media format for the promotion of Photos For You Limited.
